Lost pages on HD

I've just changed the top border on one of my websites and duly saved the
resuly but not yet published it. I then went on to change other pages but the
content of this pages has simply disapeared and you are left with is the new
top and the old shared borders. Any ideas on what has gone wrong and if they
are lost can I download them from the browser as a complete website rather
than individual pages as there are a lot of them. Please help if you can as
this is my top website.

first try;
open the local site and hit tools/ recalculate hyperlinks.
if that doesn't work don't download from a browser, instead;
file/ open site (type in the http:// address of your live site), log in.
once you open the remote site live, hit tools/ recalculate hyperlinks, then
file/ publish site.
chose "disk based" and browse to your local copy.
use the above method to publish from the server to your local machine.

Open the live site in FrontPage (File, Open Site,
http://www.all-inclusive-hotels.co.uk) Then choose File, Publish Site and
pick a NEW folder on your hard drive (or create one) ex: C:\Webbackup and
publish the site to that folder. Now you will have a complete backup on
your PC.

Well that worked after a server error but at least I've got the pages back
and can now start working on them but I think I'll leave the top border alone
for the time being. Thanks for all your help. Still a mystery why this
happened.
