Lost OS system

When i cut my PC on today it had (Disk Boot failure,Insert
system Disk and press enter)I don't know what happen to
windows XP that i had install on it.PLEASE TELL ME WHAT
HAPPEN AN WHAT TO DO NOW????

#1. Make sure there is no floppy disk in your floppy drive.
#2. If that's not your problem, perform a "repair install".

#3. If a "repair install" is unsuccessful, chances are pretty
good your hard drive has failed and will require replacement.
