Lost "make pictures smaller for e-mail" option

When I send my pictures by e-mail, I used to get the
option of "Make pictures smaller for e-mail" and "keep
original size". I have lost that option and need to get
it back. Now I can only e-mail in full size, which does
not work for my dial-up friends. I went into my File
Type options and changed my JPEG association from my
photo program back to Windows Picture Viewer but that
didn't correct my problem. Any ideas?

Try running this from Start | Run | Type > regsvr32 shimgvw.dll
