Lost internet connection

Jim

I unplugged one of the PC's on my home network from the router for a few
days. Upon plugging it back in, I can't get an internet connection.
Everything appears OK and it says it's connected to the network, but no
internet. Any pointers/tips/suggestions appreciated. This particular PC did
give me some problems when the network was 1st setup but had been working
fine.

does it get an IP from the router or a 169 auto address? have you
tried power cycling the router?

Reboot everything.

Thank you...
It's the simple things... Cycling the router did the trick. I need to
remember to always revert to square #1.

Thank you...
Should've done that in the 1st place (stick to basics). Rebooted router and
all is well...
