Lost internet connection in 32bit programs

Hi,

I got X64 version of Vista Beta 2 Buil 5384.

Some days ago a lost my Internet Explorer internet connection. Usually I use
32bit version of that (flash etc.) but now it does not work. (by the way..
wich is default IE? i think sometimes it opens 32bit version in links..
sometimes not)

I installed Daemon Tools (64bit) program to Vista, but after restart,
drivers caused blue screen. After that I selected "safe mode" but same
result. Then "last know good configuration" and that let me in again. I
think, that was the time after internet connection was not fully working
anymore.

I got nForce4 (Abit Fatal1ty AN8SLI) connected to zygel, and it was working
fine for week. (XP works fine)

I did some testing and find out that 32bit programs does not work, and even
the DNS is not working for them..

Internet Connection:
ftp (command prompt) OK (64bit)
Windows Mail (news) OK (64bit)
Internet Explorer Not (32bit)
Internet Explorer Ok (64bit)
Windows Live Messneger Not (32bit)

32Bit Program
[11:13:37] SmartFTP v2.0.996.29
[11:13:38] Resolving host name "koti.mbnet.fi"
[11:13:40] Unable to resolve host name.
[11:13:40] Active Help: http://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/index.php/81
[11:13:40] Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...

64Bit Program
[11:11:57] SmartFTP v2.0.996.31
[11:11:58] Resolving host name "koti.mbnet.fi"
[11:11:58] Connecting to 194.100.161.5 Port: 21
[11:11:58] Connected to koti.mbnet.fi.

So, I have installed my network drivers again etc.. but that does not hit
the right place.

Just a quick thought; did you install the right chipset drivers? If that's
an Nvidia chipset you're in luck because they have beta (good beta) drivers
especially for Vista.

Links from 32-bit programs open in IE32 and from 64-bit programs in IE64.
If IE64 connects and IE32 doesn't, it is often related to the Nvidia
firewall. Install and uninstall.

Huh,

I tryed Microsoft Beta Client but of course it is 32bit programs so I can't
report bug before reinstall. (bad think is also, i dont know exaclty how to
reproduce)

Anyone idea where to try? I looked in Wow6432Node\ rekistery but didn't find
anything fixable. I dont know much about 32bit emulation.

anyone any ideas - I can't download a damn thing unless it's via a 64bit
browser - Steam is gone,EMusic is gone,Cinemaforge is gone!!!

This is utterly unacceptable considering the cost of Vista Ultimate
