lost IE 6 Internet options toolbar

Once I loaded Norton Family Edition for web security, the
toolbar on my IE (Back/forward, Internet Options, stop
refresh, etc.) disappeared.

I've dis-enabled Norton, however still can't get the
toolbar (or anything ) to appear at the top of my browser
window.

Tradational remedy of right clicking only brings up the
same options as you would normally see in the body of a
web screen.

Have you tried pressing F11?
