Lost files and programs

I upgraded to windows XP from Windows ME. I have lost everthing. There qre no
prgrams in my program list. Not even XP. Nothing in My Documents. When I
tried to remove XP, it doesn't even show up when I go to add and remove
programs. I have a home business and I have lost everything. Help Please!!!!!

apparently you did not "upgrade"
this sounds like you did a "new" install where the old ME was erased and XP
installed.

Tried to open attachment and received error message\\zeus\mis\software\off2k1\
Downloaded o2ksrla.exe and when I tried to open, I get message " you already
have Microsoft Office 2000 SR1.
Where is it and how do I access it??
Any help is appreciated!

If your post is regarding Office 2000, and or Outlook 2000, post to an
Office group or Outlook group.
And dont include someone elses irrelevent post
