Lost contact list

Office 2003 & Windows XP - I had to perform a full system recovery and lost
everything. Is there any way to recover my Outlook contacts?

When you say "full system recovery" presumably you have returned your
machine to factory specification? if so, then unless you have a backup, ALL
your data is gone, forever.

Gordon,

Perhaps my situation is similar to that of Dave D. My hard drive crashed a
few weeks ago (partition was corrupted or something of the like). I
installed a new hard drive and am up and running again with Windows XP and
Office 2003. I was able to recover all my data from the old hard drive and
place it on my new hard drive. As such, I was able to recover my email and
calendar archives (through the PST file). My contacts did not restore when I
did this, however. Is there a file or a way that I can recover my old
contacts list? Thanks!

Your contacts are in the same pst file as your email and calendar. You
mention the word archive - did you restore the right pst file?
