Anyone know how to copy boot.ini to a laptop without a
floppy drive - Computer will not bootup and recovery
console will not allow me to make this file

Run Bootcfg /rebuild from Recovery Console and it will build you a proper
boot.ini file.

BootCfg /Rebuild
