I recently upgraded from Microsoft Outlook 2000 to 2002, using the version
that came with my new T-Mobile phone. Since then my ability to send
attachments (e.g. an Excel workbook) with emails has been erratic—sometimes
it goes through, sometimes it gets converted into an unopenable "winmail.dat"
file. I cannot figure any rhyme or reason to the pattern.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
