lost all my e mails

Hi
I have somehow lost all my e mails when I recently opened outlook. It has
somehow lost all my folders, dent items, and all recent e mails. It's as if I
have never used it before. Is there a way of getting it back to how it was
with all my info? PLEASE HELP!

What is your Outlook version?
What is your account type (POP/SMTP, IMAP, Exchange Server)?
Where is your email stored (in a PST file)? Do you have a backup?
Has AutoArchive run recently? Is your email in an archive PST file?
