lost a portion of outlook toolbar: this is spam, delete spam, etc

In MS outlook 2003 with operating system Windows XP, I seemed to have lost a
portion of the toolbar. THe one that had this is spam, delete, etc. Couole
somebody please help me.

That is not a toolbar included in Outlook. You'll have to check with
support for whatever 3rd party product it was that you installed which added
that toolbar.
