Losing the Formatting in sent emails, and received ones emails.

Hi,

I am facing a problem in outlook at my work, that after I send an email with
formatting like bold, italic, changing the font type,...etc, from my computer
at work, the recipient gets it without formatting, it evens appear without
formatting in my "Sent Items" folder, now the mail format settings are the
default settings, which I get formatted emails back at home perfectly using
the same version of outlook, and the same settings.

Now this problem occurs with all the computers that were added to the
company's domain, we send and receive email messages between each other
without formatting (even if there is formatting in the message), and between
the company's computers and outside computers(any other computer), ofcourse
using the outlook.

I will appreciate it if anyone can advise me on this issue.

Sounds like your company has a policy to only allow Plain Text format
messages. Contact your mail admin to verify this.

Thank you Roady, I suspected in the policy before, and you confirmed my doubts.
