losing email attachments

I am running Outlook Express, under Windows XP.
I also have Norton SystemWorks, which scans incoming
email for viruses.

When I receive email, attachments are being removed
with the following message:

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments
in your mail:"

How do I fix this ?

Tools, options, security, in Outlook Express.
If you know who is sending you attachments, you can uncheck the box,
otherwise you are safer letting it check for potential virus attacks.

In Outlook Express go to Tools -> Options -> Security and
uncheck the box that says "Do not allow attachmnet to be
saved or opened that could potentially be a virus". Click
Apply.

Your emails should magically reappear.
