lose double spacing copying from an e-mail and pasting

How do you stop Outlook from double spacing the paste ( afetr copying from an
e-mail )into a text document when you copy from an e-mail. I send and receive
alot of scripts and it gets old fast deleting the spaces between every line.

I'm not sure if Outlook 2003 has paste options or not...if so, you can enable
them in Tools | Options | Other tab | Advanced Options....check "Show paste
options buttons". Then when you paste something you should get a choice of
how you want to paste the copied text.
