Loosing Category Colors after sync with Treo650 Palm

I have gone to some trouble to use color coding in Outlook and on my
Treo for easy recognition of scheduled recurring items. However, when
I Sync I loose my category colors in my calendar. How can I get these
two systems on the same page? Or at least keep my colors on desktop?
I am using the latest Palm SW, and I use Outlook2003.

How did you get the colors set up in the first place? Outlook 2003
doesn't offer colored categories, that is a 2007 feature. I am thinking
you might have used Automatic Formatting for it?
Does the item have the actual category after syncing or does it lose the
category itself too?
