loop 1 section

All,

1 presentation, 40 slides, 2 sections, 20 slides each
slide 1, 2 buttons, button 1 'play section1 ' button 2 'play section 2'

section 1 (slide 2-21) plays automaticly
when the user chooses for section 1 then slide 2 to 21 starts in, fully automated from 2 to 21

now i need to make this section looped
2-21 2-21 2-21 2-21 endless

how?

Maybe I'm getting the wrong end of the stick but those numbers don't seem to
make sense. Could you explain a little more - when do slides 23 etc play?

This could be done with an event trap and some fairly simple VBA code, or by using two linked presentations, or by using 2 looped custom shows. The easiest and most portable would be to use the custom show route.

In PowerPoint click on Slideshow => Custom Shows => New => then name and add the slides for each of the loop sections (2 in your case).

Now, click on SlideShow => Set-up => Loop continuously until escape

And lastly, make the hyperlink on slide 1 to start either of the 2 looping sections.
