looking for "xlquery" when saving

When saving an excel 2k file in windows 2k. I receive this
error msg> .....office\MSQuery\Xlquery.xla could not be
found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify
that the file location is correct.

It is the same whether I open from excel or from the
folder.

Open the workbook, go to menu item tools - Add ins
Uncheck 'MS Query Add-in'
Save the workbook

If that does not work.
Open a workbook.
Go to menu item tools - Add ins.
Click Browse.
Look for Xlquery.xla.
Usually in C:\Progarm Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Library\Msquery\
If XL wants you to replace something, say yes.
