Does anyone know of any Statistical Process Control (SPC) software? Does not need to me
real fancy but able to chart averrage and range and / or median and range data.

R: http://www.r-project.org/ has a module that does sqc computations.

It had some old, mainly dos programs-they appear to be shareware, but some
are freeware for some users(academic, govt, etc.)
May be applicable to you. The Spcex program is still included with Grant and
Leavenworth's book, I think.
