Looking for help...

I have two issues I'd like to get some help on (I'm
running '98)...

1) I constantly have new entries added to my "favorites"
folder (gambling, pharmacy, porn, etc.). I've delete them
a number of times but they continue to be added after I
delete. Any ideas?

2) I also have changed my home page in IE a number of
times but it, too continues to be changed to a site listed
as "counter-4..."

I suspect I have some type of bug/virus on my PC. I've
run updated virus software a number of times and it finds
nothing.

Would appreciate any ideas on how to rectify these two
issues.

Most likely you have some spyware on your system, not a virus.

I recommend that you download Ad-aware, install it and run it.
