Lookin for a Flash for my Canon XT Rebel

Hi All,
I looking to buy a Flash for my Canaon XT rebel. I've looked at the canon speedlite 430, very nice and ....... VERY EXPENSE. QUESTION: is their a flash that has the same capabilities as the Canon out there for someone on a Buget?

The independant flash makers have some great flashes but mostly the expensive ones are good. If on a budget I would suggest you stick to Canon as it will not have any compatibility issues. If you think 430 is good but expensive, select a lower model to suit your budget.
