Long Logon time after AD upgrade

I am having a logon problem with only one W2K Pro client after a server
upgrade to Windows 2003 w/ AD. The client was fine prior to the upgrade, and
also for a few hours after the upgrade. Thw Windows 2003 server is running
AD, DNS, DHCP, and WINS.

The DNS on the client is set to the Windows 2003 server only. The Windows
2003 server has forwards to our external ISP's DNS servers.

The PC logons on quickly when network cable is unplugged. It also has the
same network settings as other W2K Pro clients that are not have any
problems. The symptoms are almost exactly like a problem I had a while ago on
a different network with a Windows 2000 Server with misconfiged DNS.

Can you post the results from a netdiag /v from the server and an ipconfig
/all from the client??
