Logon scripts run from cache account

I have a Domain logon script that is run from a group policy. I need for the
same script to be ran from the local machine cache account on desktop
machines if the network is not available. Is there a solution?

What are you trying to do?

How can there be a logon script that will map network drives ( assuming
\\fs01\software and \\fs01\private and \\fs01\public, for example ) that is
deployed via Group Policy that will run on the local workstation if the
network is not available? I mean, I am sure that you could figure out a way
to get some sort of drive mappings going on the local machine. However, if
you are mapping to network resources and the network is not available I
really do not see the point in mapping to those network resources in the
first place. The network is not available!!!!!!
