logon script adding printers and account tracking code

I"m trying to make a script either VBS or just a .bat file that will
load a printer for the user and then load the account tracking code
(usually done manually under: printer preferences -> job manangement /
account tracking)

i can get the printer added to the users account no problem but not
sure as to how to load the code with out manually going into each
users account and doing so. any ideas would be much appreciated !

Can you load such "user specific" printer icon through autoexec.nt?

I trust you already tried to "install a printer" unique to each user, under
each user's logon identity, without success? I doubt this would work, but
I'd like to know if you tried.

Are you in a domain, workgroup, or stand-alone environment?
