I change Windows XP default theme to classic theme but the logon screen
(non-welcome screen) didn't change to classic theme. How to change it?

Uncheck "use the Welcome Screen" in the User Accounts applet. Do
Start>Run>control passwords2 [enter] and select - "users must enter a
password...". You can also require them to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to log on
(at least w/Pro, don't know about Home).

My mistake - the command is control userpasswords2 - sorry about that.

It didn't solved my problem. Because when I run 'control userpasswords2', the
"users must enter a password..." already selected.

Actually I already unchecked the Welcome screen but I want the windows that
require you to type username and password to log on to be classic themed, I
mean I don't want the smooth edge on the log on screen.

Then sorry, but I don't know. I've never cared so much about the look of
my login dialog box since it is onscreen for such a short time. Maybe
check around on MVP Kelly Theriot's site and look for Themes, Login,
etc.

The website you gave me didn't resolve my issue. But nevermine, the issue
isn't a big deal. Thank you very much for your help.
