I have a HP notebook with Windows XP Home. When I turn the notebook on it defaults to "owner" as the user name, but I want it to open with a user name. I have went into the control panel and went into User Accounts and tried the change the way user log on and off but when I choose this option I get an error message saying "recently installed program has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore thise features you must uninstall the program csgina.dll". I know that csgina.dll is a dynamic link library program and I am not sure what it is used for. Has anyone ever encountered this problem before? I don't want to uninstall the csgina.dll untill I am sure what it is. Thanks!
