Logon Problems Azerty for username / Qwerty for password

Hello,
strange problem: When I try to logon to windows I can enter my username in Azerty, but when I want to enter the password it changes to a qwerty layout. I checked the settings using Regional and Language options. Only AZERTY keyboard layout is installed. Checked the regestry: I can only find azerty layout under the user and the default folder.
Can somebody help me?
