Logon Problem

D

doug

After I turn on my computer and enter my password for
Windows, a blue screen appears with the following writing:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process has terminated unexpectedly with
a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

The only thing I can do then is to turn the computer off
and try again, but the same thing keeps happening. Any
help would be appreciated. Thanks
