Logon Help!

I set up an account for a user on my business network
giving them Domain Admin privelidges, but now when they
try to logon using Domain User privelidges, it fails to
load after the logon on screen and background.

PLEASE HELP!!

Can you supply more information please? there isn't
enough here to offer advice. You may want to enable
userenv logging to see what's cooking in the background.
