Logitech mx3200 + Vista = No sleep anymore !

Hi people,

I've installed Logitech SetPoint 3.30 (3.30.165 drivers) for my MX 3200
cordless keyboard/mice and my computer does not enter into sleep nor
hibernation anymore. I've tried lots
of plan settings with no success. Computer has video, Windows, motherboard
bios and other drivers updated as far as I know.
The other important thing is : this also happened with other sofware like
Palm Windows Desktop and so and I had to use the restoration utility to have
sleep and hibernation working . I would like to know what system file is
corrupted (if it's the case )when some software like that is installed. I'd
love to be able to recover my energy plans again!

Any help for Heaven's Sake ?!

Thanking in advance,

I've the Logitech Dinovo Edge Bluetooth keyboard.
If I leave it out of the charging cradle Vista sleeps OK.
Plug it back in and the PC starts up again.

I think its the drivers from Logitech.

Thats my thoughts anyway.
