login script not running consistantly

Our login script (bat) is not running consistantly. I
made the script log when it starts and ends to a text
file. When it runs it always finishes running. but
sometimes it doesn't run at all. Is there a GP setting I
need to fix or what else could be the problem. I have
about 300 Work stations with 3 Domain Controllers. I
can't understand why it doesn't run sometimes.
