Logging in

When i turn my pc on it normally loads straight to the desktop. In the last
few days though it has loaded on to the log in welcome screen but with no
users to click. The only way to log in is to hit ctrl alt delete twice and
then log in as administrator. Does anyone know how to get it back to how it
used to be?
