Logging in and leaving my email on my email server

I would like to keep my email private. Multiple people have access to my
laptop and I would like to be able to enter a password in order to get to my
windows mail account. I can't seem to find out how to do that. I used to be
able to do it on my old laptop with outlook express. I can not find it with
windows mail. Also, I can not find the box to check to "leave messages on
server" after windows mail receives my mail.

There's no password option for WM.
Privacy is obtained by using a password on your Vista user login.
Create another login account for the other people, and they won't be able to
access your info.

for POP3 accounts,
Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
[x] Leave a copy of messages on server
[x] Remove from server after [xx] days
