Brought computer home from office was signing in under
administrator ID and password. Changed the logon to user
ID and set password. Restarted the computer now log on un
der user does not work. Does anyone know how I can bypass
this or fix it?

Not clear here what was done. Did you change to workgroup mode? If so then
disjoining the domain destroyed the client/ domain trust. You'll need to
physically reconnect to the domain and rejoin it to the domain. You can
logon locally with any valid local account. The cached domain account
information is no longer available.
