Log On Message

I am desparate. After configuring a stand alone computer I get following log
on message for general user: Your account is configured to prevent you from
using this computer. Please try another computer.
Changing to Administrator rights will let me log on.

Well, you apparently configured your Group Policies wrong. Perhaps this
link will help:

Reset Security Settings Back to the Defaults -

Otherwise, post back with a better description of your computer,
operating system (version/service pack level), and what "configuring"
actually entailed.
