Locked out totally from all www/usenet/email services

Just upgraded from Win98 V2 to winXP Home edition 2002

I am locked out totally from all www/usenet/email services.
))))))))

When I dial in to my ISP BTConnect.
Connects OK
After 1 min Error message appears
Lsass.exe ? Isass.exe Terminated unexpectedly
szAppVer5 5.1.2600.1106
Files Isass.exemdmp
Appcompat.txt
-1073741819

After another min the machine shuts down.

Please advise how to keep on line so that I can download new drivers etc. etc.

Using alternative machine now

I found worm goabot MSIti64.exe.
Do you have a small removal tool?

I ran updated NAV indicating a clean machine last friday using Win98
so I am confused how it got in
