locked out - forgot password

Last night I came home from a night of drinking, and
somehow I locked my computer. (I'm sure you're laughing
at me right now) I've never done this before, and I have
no idea how I did it. Now that I'm trying to get back
into my computer, I can't. I can't remember the password
that I had set almost a year ago.

Is there any way I can log on as the administrator to
bypass this?

I am running XP Home Edition.
