After I used System Restore to get back the computer to the factory default,
a folder named USERDATA appeared in my C: drive but i cant access it or
delete it because it says that i'm not allowed to open the folder, even with
the administrator account.
What should I do, because it's using 2GB on my hard drive, HOW CAN I OPEN OR
DELETE IT?
Thanks, if you have any info.

Boot into Safe Mode, then seize ownership of this folder.
If unsure how to do this, click Start / Help and look for
the details on "Ownership".

Simply take ownership of that file/folder.

Open Windows Explorer, right click on the C: drive and select properties. If the file system does not show NTFS then you will not have a Security tab.

Hey, many thanks pal, but I have still a "small" problem: I don't know
nothing about scripts, is there any guide (for dummies) to the fileacl.exe
commands?

It's the same as with any other command:

fileacl /?

or perhaps this sequence:

fileacl /? > fileacl.txt
notepad fileacl.txt
