Local user admin problem

Hi,..
I'm running Win2000 servers with 2DC's and 2DNS's.

I have group polocies and eveything is working fine at the
domain level.
I am having problems with trying to logon to the member
servers using the local admin accounts/password's.
I get the error meesage:-
'The policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively'.
This only happens with local administrator accounts.
Any ideas..?

yeh...It seems you have played with the Local Security
Policy, "dening logon" or lack admins in "Allow logon"
You also failed to mention if you are using RPD (Terminal
Server) to log on... That also has a different setting...

hm,..

I didn't do anyhtnig wityh the local policy. Within local
policy the locaal administrator group has access but the
effective permissions shows that they don't.
I only introduced domain group policies, I didn't deny
logon to local administrators.
Yes I am using terminal servers but I can't logon to
member servers with local admin account at the console
either.
Does anyone know what I need to do to rectify this..?

please advise if you can
