Local & remote server

I have a test site and a live site on the same remote network. I
publish from the test site to the live site remotely however running a
proto analyzer it looks like the data is coming from the live site to
my local PC then back to the remote site. Is there any way to setup FP
to go directly to the live site from the test site?

Only if you can run FP on the live site server.

Thanks Steve!

So it *has* to go from test server to me then back up to the live?

Any idea why?

Any alternatives to speed up the process? I can't drop FP on the live
server unfortunately.

Because all temp files are created on your local PC where the FP client application is running. The
same thing happens when you are working directly on the live/remote site, FP will create all temp
files on your local machine. So the only way to speed up any version of FP, is to actually run it on
the same machine as the web site.

None that I know of except maybe tweaking your internet connection.

I always tweak mine with TCP Optimizer:
