local policy error

I have a script that map network printer. I got the error below when users
are not local administrator. If we add them to the local admin group it works
fine. Basically we don't want our users to be local admin to their machine.
Is their any policy on domain group policy that allow the domain users to
install printer driver without adding them to local admin group?

"A policy is in effect on your computer which prevents you from connectig to
theis print queue. Please contact your system administrator"

Thanks

Disable the point and print restriction policy or add the print servers to
the trusted list.

start gpedit.msc
User Configuration / Administrative templates / Control Panel / Printers
Point and Print Restrictions.
