help !

Similar to a recent post, i have 4 computers at home all
connected to the workgroup. One has xp and the other 3
use win2000. three of the four computers can see ALL the
computers on the network, yet one of the win2000 systems
cannot even access the workgroup to see itself or others.

I have tried the microsoft troubleshooting on this matter,
which suggested checking the WINS tab under networking
properties. The solution did not work.

WHAT ELSE CAN I DO >!>?

Are they all in the same DOMAIN or WORKGROUP?

Browsing (i.e., "seeing" each other) is a NetBIOS feature which
is domain-workgroup/subnet specific unless you implement a
domain and likely a WINS server.
