Local Group Policy Settings

Can anyone point me to a document that lists all of the settings that can be
edited on the local Windows 2000 Group Policy settings?

We are using Novell Zenworks to manage the group policy's on Windows 2000
machines and I would like to document the default settings as well as the
settings we change into an Excel Spread sheet.

If there is not a document available, is it possible to export the group
policy settings so that I can document them?

We are using Windows 2000 SP4 machine with no Active Directory.

Any help would be appreciated.
