How to enable to access local client drive when in the
terminal session?

I enable in client side but I can not see any drive in
terminal session. Do I need to enable in Server also?

I can not enable the option "enable client drive at logon"
which is gray out. How could I enable this option?

Are you running W2K on your Terminal Server? Local drive
redirection is not a native feature of W2K. The checkbox is there
(but grayed out), because it becomes available when you run Citrix
on top of W2K.
Your other option is to upgrade to Windows 2003, which natively
supports local drive redirection, or use a program like TSDropCopy
for file transfer from you client to your ts session.
