loading progams from disc

whenever i try to load a program from disc that has been uninstalled i get
this message (C:\windows\system32\autoexec.NT. the system file is not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications, Choose
'close' to terminate the application.) i am slowly ammassing a colection of
programs i can no longer use my latest is my printer driver ! please help i
need my printer back.

The autoexec.nt file is corrupt or missing. Copy the one in \windows\repair
to the \system32 folder and try again.
