Loading Personal Settings

I am not sure if this is the right the newsgroup to post this question or
not. My problem is when all my systems reboot and the user goes to signon
the message "Loading Your Personal Settings" is on the screen for a good 3-4
minutes and just seems like the logon process takes entirely too long. Is
there a way to speed this up? We are using redirected folders for our My
Documents and Desktop. Also the users Profile is redirected as well on a
share on our Wink server.

At the end that should say Win2k3 Server not Wink.

if they are laptops make sure that wireless is turned off if you're not using
