load balancing

I have a windows 2000 professional machine with an
integrated NIC and a PCI NIC. I was wondering if windows
2000 pro has any way to setup load balancing between the
NIC's or if there is any 3rd party software that would
allow this to be setup. Thanks

Win2k Server can do this, but I don't think it can be done with Win2k Pro.

You should create the separate network segments, install QoS Packet
Scheduler, and edit REG_DWORD NonBestEffortLimit at
HKLM\SYSTEM\CCS\Services\Psched\Parameters\Adapters\{Adapter-GUID} (The
default value is 20%).
