Live vs XP

Does anyone know how to get a movie I started in vista to open in XP. It's
giving me an error message saying that the file was created by a version of
Windows Movie Maker that is not supported. Please help, very important.....

if you mean a Movie Maker project... you can't go back to XP with one
started or worked on in Vista. It's a one way street.
