Lite-On DVDRW SHW-1635S USB Device - Could not load driver softwar

I tried to use an external DVD drive since my internal one is not working and
of course that has problems as well. Any idea what I need to do to get this
working?

Strange the internal drive worked right until Vista started as I had the
drogram on a DVD. I wounder if this is a comon problem.

i am having the same problem vista will not show any of my dvd/cd rom devices
and i can not use them at all
