links within an email connect to the 'save as' box

when an email that has a link referenced, such as snapfish to view the
senders photos, and the link is clicked, i am directed to the 'save as' box
from windows. i have tried the repair under the outlook help section and
recieved this error:
Error 1919. error configuration ODBC data source: MS access database. ODBC
error 6 components not found in registry. Verify that the fiels MS access
database exits and that you can access it.

Reread the dialog name; does it say Locate Link Browser? If so point it to
EXPLORE.EXE.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say with the Access error but sounds
unrelated.
